What is Guided Imagery?
Guided imagery can quickly calm your body and simultaneously relax your mind. It’s pleasant to practice, and not overly difficult or intimidating to learn. And it can help you to de-stress in minutes, but can also be a useful strategy for maintaining resilience toward stress during difficult times.
Can you give an example of how you have helped clients during the pandemic?
The coronavirus pandemic has been a challenge for all of us with its own unique set of anxieties, often brought out by a lack of control or feelings of isolation.
Psychotherapy from the Human Givens approach combines proven therapeutic techniques with the most up-to-date psychological knowledge.
Elizabeth has a beautiful and calm manner with so much experience, compassion with endless inspiration, after a session I feel enlightenment, she has turned my darkest days into a positive and happy future. After only two sessions with Elizabeth, I felt as though I had known her for years,
complete connection for me. People that suffer with mental health feel like they are a failure or an embarrassment, speak to Elizabeth she is a
breath of fresh air, true unconditional positive regard certainly for me.
